Ian has over 40 years’ experience in Estate Agency and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and former chairman of the Exeter Estate Agents Association. Along with Ben Fraser and Dawn Wheeler, Ian opened the first Fraser and Wheeler branch in Dawlish, Devon in 2010 and the Exeter St Thomas branch followed in 2016. Ian has lived in the Oxton and Kenton area for many years giving him a lovely balance of the Dawlish/Exeter lifestyle.
Ben started his career in estate agency in 2000 and has worked in Exeter, Newton Abbot and Dawlish winning awards in all three areas which helped him gain the skills needed to jointly run a successful and growing business. Ben has lived in the local area for more than 30 years and currently lives in Exeter with his wife and young daughter. Ben spends his days off with his family and has a keen interest in cars.
Dawn has lived in Dawlish for nearly 40 years and been ‘in the business’ for nearly 30 years giving her an excellent local knowledge and set of skills that proves invaluable when dealing with the public. She also gained a prestigious award with her previous company where she was the Manager for many years. Dawn has two grown up sons living and working in London and a small grandson with whom she spends as much time with as possible. Dawn loves nothing more than travelling and takes every opportunity to visit new places with her husband, family and friends.
Alan began his career in estate agency in 1987 and has managed and successfully run many branches all over the world. Alan is incredibly well travelled and has family and friends dotted over all globe! Alan settled in South Africa for over 20 years and has a real passion for wildlife, in fact, he part owned a game reserve in Kruger Park! Alan has gained so much knowledge throughout his working life that he is invaluable for sellers, buyers and colleagues alike. In Alans ‘younger life’ he played Rugby to county level and gained his ‘colours’ representing South Africa.
Lucy started her career in Estate Agency working for a National firm where she gained a City and Guilds Qualification in the Sale of Residential Property. Lucy has worked in the local area since April 2008, covering the Teignmouth and Shaldon, Dawlish, Newton Abbot and Totnes areas with previous management experience where she gained two awards for her branch within just one year. Being born in Torbay and schooled in the local area, Lucy enjoys the lifestyle that the area has to offer. Russell joined Fraser & Wheeler Dawlish in early 2016 as a sales negotiator, he lives in the area so has a sound local knowledge. Russell’s previous position was as senior team within a large corporate company so customer service and organisation is very high on his list. In his spare time he loves to play football and spend quality time with family and friends.
Mike joined Fraser and Wheeler in November 2015 after many years as a manager for a well-known retail store. Mike enjoys the Dawlish lifestyle and has lived there for many years which proves useful for all the viewings he does! Mike has a passion for property which is what steered him towards this career path. In his spare time mike loves a bit of DIY, walking his dog, holidays and socialising with family and friends.
Chris has worked within the business since August 2000 spending the first 12 years of his agency career in Exeter. He has successfully managed two Exeter offices and has won numerous awards including a Managing Directors Award with a previous company. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has gained a NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Sales. Chris worked in the Dawlish branch of Fraser and Wheeler since 2011 and is now Managing the Exeter branch which opened in early 2016. Anita joined Fraser & Wheeler in 2016 in the Exeter St Thomas branch as a sales Negotiator, she previously owned her own business with her husband so has a great set of skills and local knowledge. Anita has a real love for properties and owns numerous rentals in Exeter. In her spare time she enjoys walking, keeping fit and spending time with her family and friends.
Sam joined Fraser & Wheeler in August 2017 in the Exeter St Thomas branch as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. Sam has always worked in a customer facing role since leaving school where he has developed a strong level of communication and organisational skills. Having lived in st Thomas he has great local knowledge of the area and is looking forward to developing his career in the property sector. He also has a keen interest in sport having played football at Alphington FC.
Amy has lived in St Thomas for over 25 years so has superb local knowledge. She previously worked for Devon Youth Service for 15 years, teaching young people struggling with education and running youth clubs in the surrounding areas of Exeter. She also worked in Stokes Fruit and Vegetable shop for 10 years where she enjoyed meeting and helping the local people. Amy also knows a lot of the residents of Exeter through taking part in many local events such as playing darts and euchre and working in some of the public houses. Sarah joined Fraser & Wheeler in August 2017 as the office administrator. Sarah has worked in the retail sector for well known company’s for 22 years and prides herself in excellent customer service. Sarah grew up in St Thomas/Alphington areas so has a vast knowledge of the local area. In 2002 she and her husband moved to Spain where they owned their own business, they returned in 2006 as their family was growing. They now have 2 sons and love spending quality time with them, friends and family.
