"I have been bought and sold many houses and properties over the last 20 years some business and some personal. I can honestly say in that time I have never worked with anyone as diligent and hard working as Chris Parkes. I had not met Chris until I invited him to look at the plot of land I wished to sell. From the outset he listened to what I wanted and acted on the information, he has been in constant communication throughout the whole process keeping fully up to date even if it was just to say nothing had happened! Taking the trouble to let me know when he went on holiday and who to contact in his absence! He has worked incredibly hard on the sale which has not been straight forward and has always been pleasant and professional. Thank you Chris Parkes! I have been impressed by you at every turn. And will recommend Fraser Wheeler."
